I've searched quite a bit, but I can't seem to find a new build with the bloom offset issue fixed, or at least with an option to fix it. Does the latest rev have this or is it something that isn't a priority?

question though. Does r7676 or any of your other builds include the xenoblade HLE sound correction patch? This one: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=14356.
Thanks
My r
7490 build has it along with a couple other patches.
On a side note, still trying to fix ICC compilation errors. The switch to GIT from SVN didn't help. It looks like it might have some advantages, but now it looks like it's going to take forever to find different revisions >.<

Are you sure that ICC 102 Dolphin 3.0 is optimized for SSE4.1? I don't know what this ICC is, but it doesn't speed up anything here (tested with FRAGILE DREAMS: with old SSE4.1 optimized versions of Dolphin the intro movie doesn't stutter like the standard version, while the ICC 102 version stutters the same as official 3.0).
