Those are really good suggestions mate, but here in Saudi Arabia they block all sites that allow you to bypass the blocking.
So yeah, all the links even for the tor project are blocked
Only solution is to get VPN, but don't have the money for that.

Did you need 32bit or 64bit?

Alright I used the tor browser, trying to download your file via Tor --> Megaupload gives me a ''Download limit exceeded''.
Seems like a shared IP/proxy issue, baah I guess i'll have to wait for your upload mate

Try using Tor to use different online proxys like snowygrave com or windowface info or hidemyass. You might find one that megaupload works on. That way, you can use that for anything else from megaupload
