It's probably out of the question to use another compiler because you use Intel C++ Compiler for everything else, but the only way I found online to automatically detect and compile with SSE4a is to use Absoft Pro Fortran. There's a 30-day trial at absoft.com.
I won't be compiling with SSE4A unless ICC supports it. The main reason for this is the fact that part of the reason the ICC builds are faster than regular builds is because ICC provides options for additional optimizations other than SSE instruction sets. This general optimization provides a very noticeable speed increase even without the instruction sets. Other compilers do not have optimizations anywhere near as good as those offered by ICC.

your welcome
r7608 is up and ready for Download!
Also compiled and uploaded
r2195
BL103: increased the baseline instruction set support from SSE2 to SSE3.
-This should give a speed increase to AMD users.
Anyone using a processor that only supports up to SSE2 will have to use a
Regular build as BL103 and higher ICC builds will not include support for it.
If your processor only supports up to SSE2 you should probably consider
getting a newer one anyway

Awesome!...but I can't download them

That's weird, the link to x64 ICC works, but the x86 ICC doesn't. I'm
not sure why other than megaupload is having issues.
I'm going to delete it and re-upload it to see if that fixes it.
...
ok, or not. my local copy was corrupted when I transferred it to
storage. great. hopefully megaupload will fix their issue so I don't
have to recompile it >.<
EDIT: Alright, it looks like megaupload fixed their issue. yay
Let me know if you still can't download it (may need to
clear your
browser's cache for changes to take effect)
The new version "r7608_L103_x64_ICC" doesn't work for me, simply doesn't open
but my previous version "r7520_L9_x64_SSE3" it's work perfectly.
What happens?

Make sure you have the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
Package (
x86)(
x64) installed.
Let me know if this does not solve the problem.

Yes, I have the latest Microsoft Visual C + + 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) installed
even downloaded it again and started repairing and still doesnt work.

Furthermore, there is no file "exceptioninfo" generated
I want to know if anyone else has the same problem or just me hahaha
Do any of the "L102" ICC builds work? (like
r7607)? What about "L101" ICC builds (like
r7574)?
Maybe the x86 ICC version of r7608 works?

Still can't (ICC 32-bit only).

Ugh, it was working. I was able to download it (for storage). Now
it's not working again. I have no idea what's going on >.<
