I have a laptop with i7 Q740 1.73ghz cpu, nvidia GTS350M, 8GB 1333 ram.
I tried most of the dolphin with a loggy problem(7589, 6110 SE42..etc ).
Conduit only can get 17-20 fps
Conduit 2 has 25-30 but still too slow
Mario Galaxy 2 has 35-65 fps which is okay but sometime very laggy.
Sin and punishment 2 - cut sense very slow and game play has about 30 to 45

Can any one tell me that which version of Dophin should I use? Any suggestion for the setting?

Thanks a million,

Cedric

this is from another author of builds

I will most likely update every Sunday and Wednesday. I will also be taking requests for specific builds, with or without patches (these I will do as soon as I can). You can get them on my website (if you can call it that :p). My builds are compiled with VS2010 Express without Open MP (can't compile with it on) and I set everything to maximize speed and favor fast code over small code. 32-bit version of my builds have all hacks off by default (except for xfb, I left it disabled), but I can't open 64-bit so I do not know what hacks are on. You must have 7-zip to unzip my builds, you can get it here.

What do I have to do with this?

But Yeah I have the same problem. Does yours uncheck its self?

Hi. I've been using dolphin 2.0 to play my retail disk of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Messing with a few settings, I can get about 40-55 fps which isn't that bad but I would like to have it at full speed. I have a desktop with pentium dual core processor 2.80ghz cpu, 2GB RAM, intel G45/43 chip set. what version and or settings should i use to get the most out of my game?

are you sure dolphin implemented with openmp? i checked with their codes, the answer is no? can you prove us the dolphin 3-4 cores consumption? i only see opencl is only written with openmp programming language (but only little portion) and i don't see other modules are doing the same openmp. i doubt it will run until 80% of your cpu usage. are you sure with it?
yep i am sure, at least with zelda tp, tested several times and the cpu usage is a lot higher on the official build,

i don“t use opencl, just openmp,
Sry for lack of response, surprise dorm move. yay.
I have not been compiling with OpenMP, but from now on I will.
I think I've figured out how to. I should be able to get the latest
