Btw, were your OS Windows XP SP3?
If so, try SP2, mine had that message when using XP SP3, while when using XP SP2 it didn't.

Yes, it is

I also tried Phantasy Star Online (EP1&2), same error.

x32 Vista Ultimate

probably that is why (dolphin needs full opengl 2.1 support , i think )
