Hi guys!
I'm using a real wiimote and it works quite fine, but i cant controll the ingame-cursor. I can move my desktopmouse with the wiimote, if I'm using a candle, but ingame nothing works. Is there an option I must turn on? Or another solution?
How are you moving your mouse with the wiimote?
You must be using some other program like GlovePIE or something? If so, don't.
Do you have the wiimote source in the wiimote config set to Real Wiimote?
In order to be able to point to the screen, you MUST have two IR emiting sources. One candle won't suffice, you must use a minimum of two.

Glovepie it's different and can indeed track a single IR dot
Ohh yeah as Billiard said you must close glovepie first
I tried with some other programand without one. Ingame I can use all the buttons, just moving the cursor doesn't work, so config is set to real wiimote.

Thanks with two candles it worked Smile
I'm glad it worked but try to find a better solution xD (i mean a safer solution) Try building a cheap homemade IR sensor
You need:

Two IR LEDs
Two resistors (220 ohm standards)
Two AA batteries
Wires
The circuit must be done in parallel so you don't burn one led only
If you don't use a resistor then your LEDs Lifespan it's going to be short =)
Feel free to PM me on that matter
Okay, thank you.
I wanted to build one earlier, but I don't have the parts I need at home, so I must buy them.
