Hi just in case some people were in the same situation i was.

Nvidia recently released new drivers for optimus and it all works now!

So when you upgraded to version 189.79 from 2010.04.29 the nvidia gpu showed up in the Directx9 options in Dolphin? I'm not seeing it.
I notice i have big improvement in performance if i max out everything

In Dolphin r6xxx , can't select Nvidia GT540M but Intel HD
Sengoku Musou 3 Moushouden (Samurai Warriors 3 XL)
640x480 , no Anti-Alias : 8-12 FPS
1366x768 , no AA : 20-25 FPS
1366x768 , AA 4x : 20-25 FPS same as above

Well,in lastest rev i can select Nvidia gfx card now but lastest rev run games slower
wtf? more fps with higher resolution?
Yeah, i have to force Nvidia out by running game at high res. At low res, dolphin still using Intel HD and Intel HD suck
Nvida Option there you can set that dolphin.exe is using your gpu instead of intel...
it is somewhere in the options
Only work with OpenGL .If only i flashed the bios,i would disable it completely
