A lot of these questions are already answered literally hundreds of times every month, so some people can get pissed off about it.

Just do the following things and you will likely get best graphics possible out of a game..

Switch to DX9 plugin
Enable EFB scaled copy hack
Copy EFB to texture not ram
Disable safe texture cache
Select the same fullscreen resolution as your desktop res.
Switch off framelimiter and/or audio throttle for full fps

Leave everything else at their defaults or unchecked. You can disable panic handlers if you don't like error messages.
Ok, let's be friendly about it, i can't try it at the moment because every time i start a game my computer turns off, a technician is coming tomorrow evening but untill then i'm just gathering info and games.
THANK YOU ocean, that's what i wanted - a quick, helpful answer to my questions, no cuss words no anger or hate, just help and support. thank you.

Tho Some of the options you spoke of are not present in my settings, are we talking about the same version?
Ya, all of those settings were in revision 5465 when I checked yesterday. They are located in config, dsp and graphics settings, which can't be missed.

Also, graphics settings are in multiple tabs.. For example efb scaled copy is easy to find under enhancements because it's the only thing listed under 'efb hacks'.
