Can I play with my computer One Piece unlimited cruise 1 or 2?

I want to know how to configure dolphin(latest version) because a I played Pokemon colosseum (20 - 50fps Dolphin SVN x86 4869) and i want moree speed.

Tbh, I don't think so... (Just a guess, I don't have the game myself).
You specs are not that high you know...

so can somebody say me what games can I play with doplhin with my computer?

Just try some out. Why would you ask someone whether it will run when you could just try it and see how well it works?
