For those having trouble with moving backwards during the endoscope missions, my attached wiimotemovement should work.
I based this wiimotemovement off the original 'move wiimote towards screen' ini uploaded by Layer in
this thread. I simply zeroed out the movement recordings (didn't appear to be needed) and reversed his 'move forward' IR recordings.
Not sure if the move forward and move backword movements will work for other games but it works fine in the introductory endoscope level in Trauma Team.
There's probably a way to integrate this into the dolphin code somehow - Trauma team seems to only need the correct IR recordings in order to perceive a forward or backward movement of the wiimote.
Use Alt+1 to move the wiimote towards the screen and Alt+2 to move the wiimote towards you. The last issue is how to control the distance for which the wiimote moves forward/backward.

euh, ii was able to finish all chapters then and moved to the next operations and yop, another problem, in the orthopedic operation i have to roll the nunchuck, though this feature is supported in the emulated wiimote plugin, it van't turn more than 95°, after that it goes to it's initial position (even if i have set the rotation degree to 180°),the swing is also useless, i couldn't get the exact angle i was looking for.
