I was expecting these movements to work on Second Opinion, but they dont

(or i did something wrong when configuring it...) (Im using MaMario's Rev 5460 btw)
Edit: I wasnt sure what hotkeys i had to set, i just configured the Wiimote and IR to 1 and 2 (1 for towards screen and 2 for towards self, i tried different keys for both commands, but none of them worked)
I couldn't get these to work on Trauma Team either.
Well, probably it's not possible to use them, it seems to require both IR and accelerometer action
Huh, whenever there are dotted lines on the screen like during the suturing and scalpel sections of surgery or during orthopaedic surgery, dolphin can only use 50% of my CPU, making things unbareably slow, could this be a bug in dual-coring? Has anyone else experienced this or no?
for the cardiac massage you have to configure the tilt and swing thingy on the wiimote config to Swing for the pitch up and down, and then press the swing down button as the hands move down
han thanks buddy really appreciate this
now all I need is a backward movement for endoscopy : /
edit : I did everything except the endoscopy part because I can't find any backward movement or pull toward yourself. I tried everything, silent hill's movements, nosound97's movements nothing works
If someone can record a working one and post it it would be wonderful

Seconded, all I need now is endoscopy to unlock the final path ^^
Will be really grateful if somebody can record the movements.
I am getting some gfx errors on dolphin 2.0, mainly text errors. While doing procedures, the colours are inverted, along with the sprites themselves fading. Any advice would be appreciated.
