Known Problems
As far as I have played the game, I've mentioned no problems at all
Overall
This game is fully playable. Recommended to use real Wiimote & Nunchuck to play it.
Status: Perfect.
Nice game, please add to the game thread index as well
Runs flawlessly.
People with no real wiimote will be unable to play the endoscopy and surgery parts of the game without the ability to move the wiimote forward and backward on the z-axis.
Does anyone have a WiimoteMovement.ini with foward and backward movement recorded that they would be able to post?
I use the real wiimote, but i never figured out how to use the recording features. If someone is willing to help me figure it out, then i'll post them for you
Most of the game plays quite well, the only problem I'm getting is that whenever I use the sutures or scalpel during the surgery or orthopedic sections of the game, the FPS drops to <1. It makes these sections unplayable. Any ideas?
Also to Record: Go into Wiimote -> Recording. Press one of the recording buttons under "Rec.", then hold A and record your movement, release A to stop the recording (this will also save it to the WiimoteMovement.ini file). To be able to make a recording you must first have unchecked "Use real Wiimote" and pressed '+' on the Wiimote (to enable the regular status readings from the Wiimote).
I will try to make some recordings later tonight.
For now, i will do the push forward and pull back.
Is there anything else that people need for this game?
and does the hold a+b need to be in that aswell, because there is a defib section that requires a push forward part.
You don't need to record the a+b part, it wouldn't record anyways. All that is needed is the actual movement of the Wiimote.
i could do it if someone explain me how, i try but it is too confusing, by the way, im impresed how well this game runs on dolphin
This has the movements for Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.
One of the actions in the game is to push the wiimote and nunchuck toward and away from the screen. Would this work?

I've already tried the movements from Silent Hill, they don't seem to work from when I tried it, atleast during the endoscopy sections. Maybe it's because the action involves pushing both wiimote and nunchunck, whereas here we only need the wiimote.
To record all you do is go into WiiMote ->
Recording button (second from the left at the bottom left corner) -->
Press one of the recording button under record movements -->
Hold A and record your movement, release A to stop the recording (this will also save it to the WiimoteMovement.ini file).
To be able to make a recording you must first have unchecked "Use real Wiimote" and pressed '+' on the Wiimote (to enable the regular status readings from the Wiimote).
