But in all seriousness, eflb copy to texture, and try to get NSMB. that game will probably play fine.
Also, go in to your gpu's (your graphics card) controll center, and turn everything to minimal.
Use Game Booster to.

Well, first of all, the screenshot of the general config tab doesn't help us. At all.

Take a screenshot of configurations of every tab in the video plugin you use, like shown here :
