There are many Toshiba laptops! They don't all have the same hardware. So no, I can't tell you where you get updated drivers other than the Toshiba website.
Updating drivers probably won't help with performance too much anyway.

cpu-z, which oohladeeda suggested, is free.
It can be used to identify your computer's hardware, which is most likely why he suggested it.

Computer components COST MONEY.

You need stuff like that. Get what I'm saying?
You can't download that.
I am telling you to buy a NEW COMPUTER or new computer parts.
Your computer sucks. That's why Dolphin runs slow.

In case you were not trolling: Car components: Engine, exhaust, ignition, air intake. Computer components: Physical RAM sticks, Cpu, video card, motherboard, hard-drive. Cpu-Z shows which physical components are inside your computer case.

Component: Physical object which costs money. You cannot download a physical component no matter how hard you try. It just wont fit through the 4 millimeter ethernet cable even if you ask God or santa claus to do it.

If the components are bad like in a Lada, the car just wont drive past 100km/h even if the speed sign on the road says 120. There is no amount of fixing or maintenance that can correct this issue.

Like Billiard26 mentioned: It is very simple why games go slow. The system that is emulating the games on dolphin is too slow itself. There is no other option than buying components in a store with money you earned (be it through a job, business, bank robbery, begging or whatever you do).

Why would people build gaming rigs or spend on premium components if it made no difference performance wise?

A "toshiba laptop" is a brand casing, LCD monitor, motherboard with built-in graphics chip, and a mobile processor in the cpu socket that were built in taiwan, china or philippines. Like nearly every brand of laptops out there. Bar for some mobo specific drivers like audio/network/, there are no software tweaks that would make the components any better than ones installed into different branded cases in other factories.

ughhh...god!!!! CPU-Z is a PROGRAM that helps you FIND OUT what stuff is isnside that laptop of yours. the stuff inside the laptop are called COMPONENTS!!!!!! which are basically these:


So, what we are saying is open the damn program you downloaded, install it, run it. then check out the info that's there. just tell us what's written. after that, we are gonna tell you if your pc sucks and you need to BUY a computer OR your settings suck, that means you need to fix em up. if you still can't get it, then the triple facepalm will come.

Well I did dowload the dolphin already and its already install and I don't see any info in it.

First, please learn the differences between hardware and software (like the buttons on the TV (hardware) or the programs you watch (software)), you know what I mean? Anyways, you can't download hardware as Ocean already said:p. Would be nice if we could download monitors, but yeah, I don't think that's going to happen , anyways, upgrade your lappy or just buy a new one instead (buying a new one is cheaper tho) :p.

So I guess I need to use another comp that is faster , I will try that option then I guess.......................hopefully the samsung computer is faster when I try to dowload dolphin and hopefully the dolphin games are faster.

or just tell us what your dolphin configs are. maybe you got something wrong.
