@Billiard i'm using toshiba laptop so do u know what update hardware i can install??? , and can i also install a componet without buying it cuz i don't want to buy it.

There are many Toshiba laptops! They don't all have the same hardware. So no, I can't tell you where you get updated drivers other than the Toshiba website.
Updating drivers probably won't help with performance too much anyway.

cpu-z, which oohladeeda suggested, is free.
It can be used to identify your computer's hardware, which is most likely why he suggested it.

I dowloaded the computer componet cpu-z but the dolphins games are still VERY SLOW -.- , i really want those games to be fast but its still SLOW!!!!
*sigh*........
