Well, FF XIII have more graphics, and the nintendo Wii can't support that.
Final Fantasy XIII could be for the next nintendo console (if have better graphics)

Wii can handle the cutscenes of the game, but that's about it..
I have it on 360 and even those graphics look like a stripped version of the PS3 game (but still look great).
I just don't think the meagre ati chip in Wii can render anything even close to this game, although they probably *could* optimize it for 480p, make the textures a bit lower resolution, and having the camera further away from the characters so that pixelation and jags aren't seen.
Not likely Square likes HD to much for a Wii version
