Hire someone to do that. Or send it to nintendo , they can't boot the system menu so probably the won't know what happened and the will send you another one
Not a good idea because Nintendo can take apart the mobo and extract the internal memory.
They will see you have custom ios/enabled fakesigning and will refuse to service the console. I don't know if they can keep it, would guess not, but just don't send any modded hardware back to them.
P.S. You can learn basic soldering skills within an hour (talking very basic, like installing argon). I can hook you up with extensive tutorials or give personal advice in PM if you need. There's also plenty of info on youtube.
wait, so i will get in trouble if i send in to nintendo?????? please respond quick! i dont want to get in trouble!!!

The system menu "should" be the only title in the wii capable of boot discs, If the can't boot their
pre-repair disc they are screwed. Of course they could try to make their own version of bootmii ( but signed ) and flash it, but they would not get in all that trouble ( Although it's the only title that you can raw copied between wiis, because it is signed with the common key ). If they take out the mobo and copy they copy the nand to a pc, for example, they need the keys to know what the hell is inside ( like your favorites fakesigned IOS and warez launchers

). And getting the keys is even harder than the first method.
hehe. not bad, and do you guys know what else is not bad, i just shipped my wii off to nintendo and they will fix it for FREE!! i blamed it on a 4.2 update..
Good for you, some guy got busted with homebrew even though he attempted to delete it all, they will charge $200 then

But of course you can decide if you want to pay $200 for the repair or ask them to give your console back

The problem is, you can blame it on whatever you want.. But if they fit another disk drive on your Wii & unbrick it, or see that you have illegal channels/isoloaders/fakesigned IOS enabled, they will send you a bill for $200 dollars if you want to get it back after it's "fixed".
That's basically the price of a new wii. As James' article pointed out, amongst other methods they can run a disk tracer that searches for all of the things mentioned above. Once they get your system working, they will run this disk, and find illegal/modified software on it.
Since you shipped it already it's too late for second thoughts, but IMO it's a very bad idea to send any modded equipment (soft or hardware) to nintendo, microsoft, sony etc., and a good idea to attempt any sort of self-repair.
