Don't use the waninkokos updaters, They use the last version of the IOS and the system menu. Since the last version of the IOS 60 is an stub and the last system menu uses IOS 70 ( wich probably the updater didn't downloaded ) the system will hang because It doesn't have the necessary IOS to boot
so what do i do????

Use a nand flasher ( infectus ) and flash your bootmii dump back
but i dont have any soldering skills ( AT ALL )

Hire someone to do that. Or send it to nintendo , they can't boot the system menu so probably the won't know what happened and the will send you another one
kool!, one last question, will save mii work? or will i be wasting 30$ on it.?

No, If the system menu can't boot savemii won't either
