GMA HD is a good integrated graphics chip. In fact it's the only worthwhile one right now, and it was released in 2010. It can likely run most wii games acceptably on dolphin.

On the other hand, the OP has a 4500hd. Here is a comparison chart to non-integrated gpu's which shows why it's not suitable for dolphin (seeing as even some of these cards can have fps drops in games like mario galaxy)

The biggest problem is not the Dual Core CPU T4200. The problem is the poor performance of the intergrated graphics chip. With adequate card it could run at least new super mario bros, muramasa, etc..
Then again, upgrading laptop chips is not a viable option at all (in sometimes not even possible, or very hard, because you would need to de-solder it off the motherboard)

But you have a Core i3... The OP has an ugly mobile Pentium DC which, furthemore, is only 2 GHz...
