Is the GPU (integrated) and the CPU (low/mid end and mobile).

You got a slow cpu and integrated grapics. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do.

.. besides purchase a decent rig of course..
Or at least a better graphics processing unit.

Yeah, my laptop was pretty cheap ($699) and I really don't think it's intended for good graphic gaming...

Lol, with 750$ you can buy a core i5 laptop ,ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650.4GB Memory DDR3 1066 ,500GB HDD 5400rpm

He must have bought that a while back.

so your pc needs to be upgraded - especially the Intel GMA

my PC uses Intel GMA but it runs pretty smoothly
