Remove your driver with driver sweeper and then install the newest drivers .

Check " use panic handlers " , probably you have the FBManager error

Have same problem with GTS 250. It either happened because I updated to the latest drivers or because after an update of the dolphin emulator.
Have you tried going back to the previous nvidia drivers?
