1.Failed to create D3D vertex declaration->Use openGL plugin
I don't have that game but this is the most solution I have now
2.Smackdown Vs RAW 2010 need a beast CPU to play fullspeed (core I5,i7;AMD black edition).Even I have Nvidia GF 9800GT but game play around 15-20 FPS same as you -> you need to look athere
where I added alot of stuff you want
To improve the speed I suppose get only svn5186 x64 SSE3 from here(remember set EFB copy to texture ,framelimit off,enable Vsync if the speed are too fast)

Umm , bad news !! u r not going to believe that but ..
all 3 games I have does not work perfectly on the dolphin emulator ..
