Well, after a few days of searching for a solution to this on google, I think I'll settle with just asking someone on a forum.
I have been trying to play Phantasy Star Online Episode III on Dolphin and thus far I've been getting a number of error messages. The current one is:
"Can't create opengl renderer. You might be missing some required opengl extensions, check the logs for more info"
Any help would be appreciated.

I updated my graphics card and DirectX, both are totally up to date.
Guess what? Same error.
Any other suggestions?
Have you tried using the DX9 plugin? You can't use the OpenGL plugin if you have integrated Intel graphics.

I have not, and once again google searching seems to provide nothing >_<
If you could provide a link or a more detailed explanation that'd be awesome. Thanks
It's not that difficult to do, just open the plugin configuration in Dolphin and select the DX9 plugin under graphics. The DX9 plugin comes with all builds as far as I know.

Alright, some progress
Okay now my error message is:
"ERROR : Trying to compile at 0. LR=00000000"
and after I click okay or w/e it says
"iCacheJIT: Reading Opcode from fffffffc. Please report."
Keep the suggestions coming, I'm gonna have this working eventually

Is there a layout explaining all the PC specs I'll ever need to know about? With how much I use computers one would think I'd know all this...
I use Windows 7 and have 3 GB RAM, and I don't know where to go from there.

download cpu-z and check the info on the cpu and other tabs as well. give us that info. you can also type dxdiag in start menu search, and open it up, give us the info from general and graphics tab
