I thought I would just update everyone on this subject who doesn't visit Ngemu. To help ease up on resource usage, I am cutting back on some things, fixing issues and optimizing the forum software on my domain. I recently was scolded and under a bit of scrutiny of my host regarding potential resource usage problems.
So to make them happy I informed them I would monitor resource usage, ease up on some things, and do a full review of all installed software for potential problems.
Because of this I have made the painstaking decision to only allow registered members who have validated their accounts to download files, upon registration members must provide a valid email address as disposable and fake emails are disallowed.
This is not something I wanted to do, but something that was needed to be done and something I had to do. I deeply apologize about this, I wanted to also inform anyone that doesn't feel like registering, that I'd be happy to upload my builds to a file hosting site like Skydrive, Mediafire, or Filefront.

Thanks for the reply, currently downloading the DirectX SDK March 2009.
