I have a Raedon HD 4500 graphic card win 7 ultimate, 4 gigs of ram and
2ghz core 2 duo.

The game should run from disc right?

no the game doesn't run from disk, you need to dump your wii game.
either dump it using homebrew apps, or dump i nthe pc with special dvd drive
