A working chinese knock off wiimote+nunchuk + sensorbar costs u barely 23 dollars + free shipping. The quality is a bit less good than of the original ones, but well hey for that it also costs you just 1/3 of it(genuines $60 @stores). JP genuine bundles can be brought for half the price 30-35~

WiiMote sensor bar. you need it for some games where you have to point your wiimote and move the cursor around like Mario Party, Mario Galaxy, Wii Sports. you can get the wireless sensor bar quite cheap of eBay. but if you can't afford one, you could use the 2 Candle Trick. this video explains much better than me.
Honestly, all I really want to know due to Nintendo having a small million of various appliances that you can buy for their consoles, is if the Wii controller and optionally a nunchuck with the Bluetooth USB will enough for playing whatever game the Dolphin supports on my PC?
Nunchuck is needed for a lot of games; Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime, Zelda Twilight Princess... etc. etc. (MANY more)

Wiimotion+ is only needed for a very few games, right now there's hardly any worth a mention (can only think of Wii sports resort and Red Steel 2)

The classic controller is mostly for playing virtual console games, but is also an optional controller method for some wii games such as Monster Hunter Tri, Super Smash Bros. Brawl

So just get the wiimote and nunchuck
yeah. when you buy the console itself comes with the sensor bar (not wireless), WiiMote and Nunchuck. so just get the WiiMote and Nunchuck is enough. though you need the sensor bar to move the cursor around, but you can just use the candle trick for that.
Alright, after some fiddling I managed to make it work. Still, seems like I'll need a sensor bar, the candle trick won't do in the long run.
so can you use the nintendo- supplied sensor bar that came with the wii, or must it be 3rd party pc version? I already have a wii and controller, so all I'd need to buy would be bluetooth usb and the sensor bar.
I have two Nyko Wands and the Niko pistol, very good with the candles
I'm waiting for two Kama wires from Nyko and the Wireless bar from Nyko too.
Everybody said that Nyco Wii parts are even better than the Nintendo originals.
Nyko pistol and wired Kama (Nikos Numchuk) vibrate with the Wand, pretty cool!!!

I recomend you at least one controller and one numchuk
or one Nyko Wand + Kama.
also the bar to avoid candles

If you are in US, KMart have the Nyko Action Pack for 19.95 (half priced)
I've got one of mine that way (and you get the coolest shot accessory in the market included).
for the Bar check this site:
https://www.smartgameshopper.com/p196716/Wii-Wireless-Sensor-Bar.html
if is the first time you buy from then they give you 5$ discount
I've got my Nyko Wireless bar for 5.xx, and regular price is around 20

I hope it helps
Honestly, after trying this for the last day, I can say that in my case it's too much of a hassle. Maybe my bluetooth dongle is a piece of crap or it's because of the candles, but the connection when I establish one breaks every few minutes between the dongle and the Wii-mote and I need to retry it which often takes time for some reason, because the device can't reconnect itself instantly only for it to break again a few minutes in. Were it not necessary for some games, I would be more then content with the Mouse-keyboard combination.
Dude...If the wii is 200 dollars, you are paying 200 dollars no matter what. Just because you get the accessories for free doesn't mean you are paying less money...Your logic is just saying that a Wii by itself costs 120 dollars, but what good is a wii by itself?
