Weird. Direct3D plugin is more faster than OpenGL (+20%). I have an Intel Quad Core Q9550(@3.4Ghz) too.

I use this config and all my games run at fullspeed(own games) except SMG(Full gfx scenes = 40 FPS, other parts 60 fps) and MKWII(Full gfx scenes = 45 FPS, other parts 55-60 fps), check it:

Why I have another type of setting windows ? Which version of Dolphin you use?

I dont have the propiedades de DX9 Graphics plugin..... Where I can find it? Or I need a special driver?
to use it you must update your directx. (even if you have dx10/11)

Lol. Propiedades is in spanish, my language (OS language), in english is properties.
speed is working now! Thank you all very much! But an new problem: Dolphin crashes when I finish an mission of Sonic and the secret Rings....

No idea about that game. Maybe using JITIL in general tabscan fix the problem. U can try "Enabling XFB" or using "Safe texture Cache" in D3D plugin too. Maybe this work.
