It's entirely possible he did. Just because you can't doesn't mean he can't. Every chip is different; maybe he just got a "golden" chip.

5.047 GHz is different than 5.47 GHz. Just because you're on the 5.47GHz profile doesn't mean you will run at that, clearly you are running at 5GHz.
That said, you should probably turn off your comp right now before the CPU breaks down from heat. 1.42 V is not good for any CPU over any decent period of time.

1. Like HawaiianPunch said 1.42v is not a safe voltage, not for long term use anyways. 1.35v is considered the highest safe voltage for long term use on sandy bridge chips.
2. Dolphin and PC games are not stress testing applications. Most PC games, and dolphin, only use two cores. You have not provided any stress testing verification.
My original statement is still true:

so I cheated a little more about the temperature here never had a problem maximum is 72° when in use extreme but it is not problem for this cooler. the PC is turned on since last year, and I restart it at most, but still I had no problem with crashes or anything.
I fixed the signature for 5.047Ghz

To get the screen auto tuning success that I posted above is necessary to go through several extreme tests and lengthy with several stages of the software ASUS TurboV EVO only then you can see this mark.

Out of curiosity (and the fact that I have found surprisingly little with my google fu :3) what it be for a Phenom II 955 BE? (my CPU XD) (I haz it at 1.385v [default was 1.4v])
Edit: Did some more google stuff and found it said max 1.5v, but I think that is a bit high

AMD says 1.425. Lynnfield is 1.4 and ARK still doesn't have any voltage ranges for SNB except for 3820 which is 1.350V.

62°C idle...
why not (that where my temps with the intel stock cooler and stock clocks... under full load that bullshit thing got over 90°)
could hold 6years or die in 3years... there are no reports of dying sandybridges (with the right settings, bclk overclocker are ... frauds)
why is your cpu usage so high with nothing really running?
ah i know... windows sitebar for frauds
