No Tuning, No Overclocking but Dolphin Faster?!
Answer: Get money and buy a new PC.
Seriously, dolphin is making a free emulator and you complain? If it was possible and worth it, dolphin would have already improve its own speed long time ago.
2.11Ghz is not high enough to run most of the games at max fps. Even at 3.0Ghz it runs around 50fps on certain games.
on one of my old single core pc's the game runs 87-95% average
We don't need speed but accuracy...

i think instead, that 3ghz is a must to have "no problem" in dolphin, at least for most heavy games, and even than , some game, dont run on full speed...ok there are some exception, but imhao emulation is still not perfect.
aniway dolphin is one of the best emulator i saw, as most of the games just work.
i got the best solution just buy a good pc

In order to get Dolphin faster is first you gonna need lots of lots MONEY To buy the latest and best Cpu with the speed of 3.0Ghz+ or 4.0Ghz+ and video card Ati 6000+ or nvidia Geforce Gtx 580m and a memory card 4 or 8 Gig thats all you need in order to get Dolphin Go Fastest ever hehehehe.Or just buy a real Wii less cost than buying a latest Cpu,video card,memory card. Wii has no bug,no problem,Runs Full Speed.That's all you need Hehehe

This thread is really funny: ME TOO I WANT TO PLAY DOLPHIN ON MY PENTIUM II AND SUPER VGA GRAPHIC CARD BASED. AND NO TUNING, NO OVERCLOCKING, JUST WANNA PLAY A WII ON IT. (^_____________^)
Well, i actually know someone, that has a Pentium 2 and i was able to try it
Dolphin at 0-1FPS really REALLY is enjoy able.
I HOWEVER THEN OVERCLOKED AND HAT LIK OVER 90000000000000 FPS
THE GAME WAS STILL SLOW
HOWEVER THERE WAS MORE FPS
