i'm having some problems with the framerate in game
the game runs smooth at times, but there is a slowdowns when my fps down to 25 ~ 28 (the fullspeed is 30) in certains places, when the place is very big

the question is, the game was not to run at 30 fps ever ?

my confg is

well, 25fps isn't that noticable. but try these settings http://www.dolphin-emu.org/performance.html
make sure to put efb copy to texture in dx9 grafx settings and disable audio throttle

already tried that Undecided
Alright, I also had this problem, I solved it by reinstalling the videocard driver and direct x

Just do this and after that reboot your computer, then it should work good ^_^
Ooh and also run Windows Update :p.
also, disable cpu->efb access. framelimit to off

nothing changes Confused
I am not sure, try openGL plugin, it got me some faster speeds, and I have an athlon II x2 240 @2.81(stock clock rate), 2gb of ram, and an integrated ATi 760g(radeon 3000 chipset) and I get good speeds, but I never have never used WW, is it a good benchmarking game, although those speeds look very nice for most games, very playable, I would love those. And set fullscreen resolution to 640x480, you will get a speed boost.
Yeah try OpenGL with Native selected Big Grin Wink.
well, i use DX9 because the performance its better compared to opengl (1 or 2 fps)
So you also have "low" fps with OGL?
