The game hangs after I press "begin the game".
Some dolphin revs just show a black screen, some others the error "write:invalid address 4c000074".
Any clues? I'm using the same revs I used to play the Jap MH3,like 5030,and I tried the latest without success-
EDIT: THE GAME WORKS TURNING THE WII SYSTEM LANGUAGE TO FRENCH OR SPANISH.
well, there's always some things you can try, like switching between JIT, IL and Interpreter. Use another video plugin (maybe Software) or LLE Audio...
Some of these things might make the game run at an unenjoyable speed, but if one of them gets it to go ingame, it'll help the devs know what has to be fixed.

I already tried all of that, and openGL,D3D, and XFB,tried EFB to ram,to textures...
I am currently getting this error as well.
After you select "Begin the Game" it will proceed to a fading black screen followed by the error "WRITE: Invalid address: 4c000074" and then "WRITE: invalid address: 7cba03ba"
I have tried multiple versions prior to 2.0, including several revisions from the other Monster Hunter Tri thread located
here which work with the NTSC-J version (with and without the English hack). It seems that there was something changed in the NTSC-U version and requires investigation.
a friend loading the iso on the wii with a usb pen gets the black screen on the latest ios,but can play fine with an older ios (222).
don't know if this can help.
I have checked several of the DWORD codes from the other topic and unfortunately these do not seem to affect the NTSC-U version.
Ahem, fellow pirates. The game is not even released...
