but i can play games on pcsx2(the ps2 emulator) and we all know that ps2's graphics are better than GC and i can play games naruto - 5 (2009) with avg 18-23 fps(pretty shitty but perfectly playable) so why question is just why does the emulator reuire such high conf...where as pcsx2 can run on a shitty pc(my pc!!!)...(just a question....)
I don't know how you can play PS2.The sound(VPS) is really slow even I have 40 FPS(Sengoku Basara 2).I love dolphin much more since VPS really fast more than FPS.You can upgrade like my spec (should be a real dual core is fine)
Edit: Download CPUZ (google it) to check ya pc.There is no way the pc can run games or display graphic on monitor without a video card

he is saying he's using onboard card like me...as in no dedicated video card which is shitty lame. i only get 40-50fps in certain ''easy'' ps2 games with all speedhacks. in naruto i get about 50 fps but very skippy and not smooth unfortunately because of the frameskip. the good thing about pcsx2 is that frameskip works. at least in 0.9.6 not 0.9.7 alpha

I thought it was a thumb rule to have a dual core, 2GB ram and at least a med end GPU from around 2006/2007 era. I would not advise to mess around if you're just on the threshhold of minimum requirements.
