Is it safe to use? Can i just compress em using WinRAR or WinZIP and still play?
My games take too much space lol >_< I wanna compress em but i dont wanna end up deleting my old ones and finding out later they are corrupted o.o
You can't play games with Dolphin when they are inside a zip or rar archive.
You can play them when they are compressed using Dolphin's built in tool.
Right click the game (inside dolphin) -compress

please dont ask IMPOSSIBLE thing!
Impossible? How so? Gens/ Zsnes / SNES Emulators do it just fine... I dont see why it cant be done here, hard? maybe. Impossible? no...
I just wanna know if the built in tool is reliable...
you could just compress and test >.> (dolphin leaves the original intact and makes a compressed copy)

The entire game needs to be uncompressed to play it when it is in a zip/rar.
Those emulators have small games which can be uncompressed in half a second. GC/Wii games are gigabytes in size and take much longer.
The built in tool is reliable.
I use the built in tool to compress and scrub all my games and haven't had a problem so far.
i agree with Xtreme, but when im change to older rev, it takes a longer time to start dolphin but the games fine, no prob

compressing made my naruto clash of ninja 2 game go slow
