Does somebody know some usable docs about the Wii and its components, please?
I won't be able to do any improvement on Dolphin without docs.
I've found a few ones, namely WiiBrew and Yet Another Gamecube Documentation, but they both don't have many infos.

Thank you in advance Wink
Nobody has docs? Sad Sad

So how do you work on Dolphin? You guess how the Gamecube and Wii work?

Why? Because I double-posted, I assume?

no no, i meant how we do wii
or at least afaik.
cause except wiibrew i can't think or find any wii docs
Argh! Working on Dolphin will be hard in this case.
Because when working on DeSmuME I used to have GBATek, a very complete doc about the GBA and the DS.
That doc is a gold mine. Not every console has a complete doc like that.

no indeed
for example is the dsp chip the worst documented ive seen so far
its only documented partly and even that part is mostly wrong lol
Work will be hard, so.

By the way, I found a doc about the Wii and USB keyboard stuff (\dev\usb\kbd). I made an implementation that works, but is experimental and may be buggy.
for both platforms the information exists, it is usually just asking the question in some related irc channel that will get you the answer. (#dolphin-emu, #wiidev, etc). Also, A lot of staring at libogc and disassembly will help. Of course the best is to run your own tests on the hardware Smile
