So problem solved ? Good ! Try to do the same process everytime you change your drivers and you wont need to reformat so often ^^

I'll try, but my computer always slows down after a month from a clean install, so yeah, I don't have patience u know and I just reformat lol... :p

That's not common. Are you sure you're not being hit by a virus or some type of infection?

Yup 100% sure :o... Btw, I use NOD32 if this is usefull.

Well in reality the problem might be the effect of a number of things. Viral infections are the most common, and my initial thought.
