well,maybe yes maybe no,i dont know,i have tryed 30 revisions of dolphin and this is the best,you may try some old revision
i tried to play whith pal version ( patched with wii region patcher ) but it don't enven start ,, just a black screen ,, i tried about 20 versions new and old ....

i belive you Mr one piece i just talk about playing in windows XP , not in VISTA ,, and i will install "vista" in my laptop because i belive you and i want to try your solution about "Win32 Ultra best wii emulator" .
