I saw a movie on the youtube showing a aplication of the Dolhpin in a Netbook, and i would like to know if somebody could tell me if this is possible and could give the tutorial and the links of the programs that i will have to install.

Don't even try it , a netbook doesn't fill the requirements for dolphin to run.
And if it was going at decent speeds he/she/it lied
definitely do not try dolphin on a netbook, totally not worth it
even if it ran, it would move really slow.....
Worth a shot, I don't think the PC would handle it well, especially with Wii games. You may be able to get something to run at low res.

I dunno, some netbooks are pretty powerful now. Alienware's gaming psuedo-netbook could probably run Dolphin just fine. :O 700$ price tag though. But it is a beast among small laptops.
