Where can I get the dx9 Plug-in?

I got one from internet. It's called Plugin_OldVideoDX9.dll, the size is 267,776.

And I put it into the plug-in folder, but I still cannot see it in the graphic plug-in dropdown list.

Thanks.
it comes with the emulator, not that one
update your directx and it will come up
I have installed the DirectX 11. Now I could see the DirectX plug-in.
But I only get 20 fps with this plug-in. I tried both of 32 bit and 64 bit Dolphin.
What game was you trying to run ? ( In some games the max speed is 30 FPS )

And tell us your configs
I have posted the game screen and my config in the "Post: #8"
