ok, ive read every thread i can find on this site about speeding up dolphin. But im still having speed issues.

My computers specs:
Intel Core2 Duo 2.2Ghz
4 GB of memory
Windows 7 64-bit
DirectX 11 installed
Nivada GeForce GT 220M
Dolphin SVN 5271

My biggest problem right now is i can't use the "Plugin_VideoDX9.dll" Plugin included with my dolphin emulator. The game im trying to play is Super Mario Bros. Wii. it runs great but once the game starts my fps drops from 60 to 20 or less. Can somebody help me configure my dolphin/pc so this will run like it should? Im using Game Booster and the explorer kill bat.
Update DirectX9
so i need to install DX9 even though i have DX11?
yes sir
DirectX 9 is different from DirectX 10 , which is also diferent from DirectX 11

And all of them are updated every six month or so to add new things, correct security bugs , etc
ok, i downloaded DX9c and tried to install it. didn't do anything just said finished. Im thinkin i have like an updater, can i get a link to the DX i need to install?
