hy guys i have one question on my processor that is intel core duo e7300 2.66 ghz However I wanted to know which of SS support my processor and what would be the best....

All e7000+ series intel chips are wolfdales that support up to SSE 4.1 instruction set for cpu. You will have no problem running dolphin with it
