Doesn't matter which version you have, but netplay is very laggy and keeps dropping packets in it's current form

If you are talking about netplay, Mauro, I don't think mixing PAL and NTSC games would work well.
A few weeks ago, I redid the Dolphin netplay code so it doesnt suck as much. Games run the same speed as they do without netplay. But Dolphin has some thread syncing issues, so the games desync unless you are running Dolphin in single core mode and with DSP-LLE. So it runs much slower than normal unless you have a crazy nice computer. I guess I'm not going to bother releasing a netplay patch until it will work in Dual Core mode, or at least with DSP-HLE.
