Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi I have recently installed dolphin emulator, Dolphin_2.0_RC1_Win32 and i get these errors when i try to load the iso im trying to run
Error loading plugins/plugin_GCPad.dll: cant read into
Cant init any PAD plugins
Couldnt init the core check your configuration.
I have just installed it and have not messed with the defaults, i wouldnt know where to start anyways.
Im running on windows vista x32 bit, I've tried running the program as administrator and the problem still occurs. The rom I'm trying to load is Fire_Emblem_Path_of_Radiance_PAL_Multi5_NGC-STINKYCUBE.
Any ideas ?

Update directx Feb 2010 inorderto load plugin

Where can i find directx feb 2010? Google is giving me two results a 100mb file and a 500mb o.O

the 500mb is used for developer,download 100mb or runtime
