@ WINXP x64 SP2 now testing shows no change.
For the record i'm using the 3661 build (or whatever the earliest x64 one is called) should i try the newer build?
i uninstall/reinstalled older build and only changed dual core to on, left the rest @ default. running 30 fps now. any suggestions?
