This is strange ya no...
Umm... try to update Direct X and video card drivers? :p

video card drivers are updated, direct x not, will try this now and edit if it works

EDIT: doesn't work tried both builds (my original and the one i was told to try)

my hopes are fading away

isn't there anything else i can do to get this game working ???
