I had a pentium 4 back then with a geforce 9500 graphic card and i was able to Run Sonic adventure 2 battle using DX9 and open GL Both plugins gave me 27-26-25 FPS Over 30 while he Could only archive 15-11-10 FPS Most of the time.

Graphic card also matters specially when you want to use dolphin at its highest settings Tongue

if dolphin takes advantage of 2 Graphic Cards that would be awesome.

It's really tough to compare what fps you and you friend were getting since there are so many other variables. We don't know the clock speeds of the processors in question. We don't know what versions of the emulator were used, or what settings were used with each. We also don't know how much RAM each system had and we don't know what operating systems were used along with if they were 32 or 64-bit. When someone tries to make an example like you did it just holds no real value. You can try to say that video cards matter a lot but the fact is that they really do not. As I said, the video card does matter to some extent, but more so when you enable graphic settings more than anything else. But the emulator can run fine with or without a good card.

I Run a geforce 9500 1 Giga And pentium dual core 3 GHZ , he Runs Mobile Intel Express Chipest Family and pentium dual core 3 GHZ He gets Low FPS In games i run Full Speed at.

Pus the graphic card is needed when you want to Run HD or Filtering too.
Even notice in native resolution setting guide : "use it when you have a Slow GPU".

Yeah i agree this would be an awesome feature.
But i do not wish to create any contradictions, this may not be possible atm.
There is nothing wrong with the pc you listed, you can downgrade on the ram if you wish Smile
I guess the point is that if you both have a dual core processor clocked at 3.0GHz and did not use any of the extra graphic settings, you both would most likely get the same fps even though your video card is better than his. Now if you were to turn up the AA to full and so did he, that is when he would lose fps and you would not. See how that works, the video card does not matter except for when you start turning up graphic settings. The processor is giving you all of your speed, but when a weak card tries to be something that it is not, (by using graphic settings) then it fails and makes everything suffer. As long as the processor is good and the video card passes the minimum that Dolphin asks for, it can still run games fine as long as you know your graphic cards limits.

Remember i said 'Besides'. he runs at low Settings any..
what ever. any ways if dolphin was able to take advantage of 2 Graphic Cards 1 For high settings and 1/5 fpr Running Basic Stuff , would be great.

Well, Dolphin does not ultimately rely primarily on the clock speed, there are other factors such as, bus speed, thread multiplier, and large caches

Alienware isn't the best choice. Sure there computers are effecient, but they are no where near affordable.
If it's an option, i recommend you build something yourself, or get a friend to help.
Yes, I was just trying to make it easier for him to understand by assuming that the other hardware was the same.
