The video isn't 3DS, but DSi. 3DS will likely have additional 3D features. (Headtracking isn't really in the realm of 3D anyway)

actually it is
the video uses the camera's to do headtracking(or environment tracking)
with the headtracking & the 3D inside the game you create a nice 3D environment.

however, this isn't what the "3DS"(thats only its project name so far anyway) is talking about afaik
