Hello. I am not pretty good at emulation, and i have a question.
What are the best settings to play SSBB [I am using Dolphin 2745 (not IL)]?
My Specs are:
1023 MB RAM.
Intel Pentium 4 3.00 GHz.
ATI Radeon X1050 Series.
DX10.
My settings are:
Dual Core on.
Idle Skip on.
Cheats off.
HLE the BIOS all time on.
JIT Dynarec on.
Lock Threads to cores on.
Optimize Quantizers off.
Enable Screen Saver on.
Progressive Scan off.
Use EuRGB60 on.
VSync off.
Main Window Render on.
Auto Scale off.
Native resolution on.
Real XFB off.
16:9 on, Crop off.
Anisotropic 1x.
Antialias 0.
Bi/Trilinear Filtering off.
Overlay FPS on.
Overlay Some Statistics off.
Overlay Blend Stats off.
Show EFP Copy Regions off.
Overlay Texture Format off.
Copy EFB to System RAM, not Disabled.
ZTP Bloom Hack off.
Use safe texture cache off.

With these settings, it runs very close to full speed, but jumping many frames when Copy EFB is on, and smooth but hardly 1/2 speed when EFB Copy is off.

Optimize Quantiziers should be On, Progressive Scan - Off = speed boost

I don't know more ways to increase FPS than what nosound says, however since Dolphin is very CPU depentant you can probably turn on some AA and higher the resolution a little without any loss, No differense in FPS for me with 1920x1200 16x AA than on the lowest settings.
