hey there! id like to do some performance testing of different builds/games/settings. but before getting started, there are some questions...

is it possible to see average fps in dolphin?
is dolphin logging fps in any way?
is it possible to see current fps when i run in fullscreen mode?

i could not find something about that in the options...

Open dolphin. Hit the graphics button which will bring you to your graphics plugin properties. Go to the advanced tab. And check the box next to "Overlay FPS" or "Overlay FPS Counter" then you will see your current fps displayed as a number in the upper left corner. This will work in fullscreen or windowed mode, but it does not log the fps.
