My computer parts come in the mail soon and i was wondering if these specs would be good for win 7 x64
triple core 3ghz
2gb ddr3 at 1333
512mb video card
200gb harddrive
"should i get win 7 x64?" Yes, and running. but you need more ram than 2gb for x64, if you wanna stick with 2gb then i suggest x86 w7. (but that would be mediocre wouldn't it?)
If you don't have an existing x86 Win7 key, you should better consider asking yourself, "why shouldn't I get Win 7 x64?"
I think the valid question should of been, "Will I see a performance increase using Win7 x64 and Dolphin x64, over the 32-bit versions, with only 2GB of memory."
You will have 0% performance increase if going from 32-bit to 64-bit with your current system.
So should I just keep win 7 X86 until I get 4gb?

I see some people on this forum with lower specs then mine and their using windows x64, and other people tell me to get x86 so I dont know which to go with
