Well, maybe this CPU is really too slow - Try to overclock it (even more).

I got this game finally to run...but the main issue is that it simply keeps crashing random
enabled all suggested options:
any solution or information why the game could crash randomly (mostly during in-game cutscenes (not movie scenes))
Games like Mario Galaxy and Fatal Frame 4 run perfect..only this game crashes every 15 minutes or less

settings? Did you try the official Dolphin 3.0 release?

the official 3.0 even crashes in the menu(d-pad up/down)
Running the x64 version on windows 8 RC with 12 GB RAM and 1024 GPU (geforce GTX 560) on a SSD 60 GB

some screenshots would be good, this config from the Dolphin.ini is pretty confusing

The game should be playable with Dolphin 3.0 though. You enabled a lot of options that shouldn't be essential for this game : Progressive Scan, XFB (External Frame Buffer), etc. You might wanna try to disable them

after 30 minutes the emulator crashed again with this game (got till the hide-n-go-seek part) Memory usage at the moment of crash (420 MB/10654 MB) by dolphin.exe
